Nytch, Inc. (“Nytch,” "Company," "we," or "us") operates certain online services and Company software applications, including but not limited to our www.nytch.me website (“Website”), programs and mobile applications (collectively with the Website, the “Services”).

When you register for a user account, we use the Personal Information you provide in order to create and maintain your user profile and connect you to purchase items to provide upfront price quotes. The information we collect as you use the Services also goes into developing and bringing you our various other features like account aggregations, encrypted communication channels, customer support, and personalized offer recommendations;

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. In addition to the rights, as explained in this Privacy Policy, California residents who provide Personal Information (as defined in the statute) to obtain products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year, information about the Personal Information we shared, if any, with other businesses for marketing uses. In the event you choose to exercise your rights under the CCPA, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services because you exercised your rights under the CCPA.
How we verify your request: you may exercise your rights by submitting a request to do so via the email address referenced above. Once we receive your request, we will confirm its validity as required under the CCPA. Depending on the nature of your request, we may seek additional information from you as required by law.
